    ElderChoice is a New York State licensed provider of home health care services for all of Central New York, with offices in Elbridge, Syracuse, New Hartford, Cortland & Auburn.  Our services can offer an alternative to nursing home placement by providing an individual’s personal and medical care needs at home. We are committed to improving a person’s quality of life by offering exceptional services through screened and highly trained professionals.   

    Originally founded by Jacqueline Scripa, RN, MSW in 1997, ElderChoice remains a  family owned and operated agency.  Jackie strongly believed in the uniqueness of each and every individual served and was a strong advocate for brain injury awareness and quality care of the elderly.  Jackie’s passion and vision is still carried on by her children and all of the outstanding staff at ElderChoice today!
